Everything you're owed, at a glance.
Get started
Your request to join is still waiting on the owner to approve it.
Either subscribe to your own plan, or if a business owner gave you a team join code, enter it here.
Recent tickets
Invoices
Every job ticket, sent or settled.
Archived
Nothing here is deleted — archive anything, paid or not, and pull it back anytime.
Team
Share your join code with employees. Available on Crew (up to 5 people) and Fleet (up to 25).
Your team join code
This is different from your referral code — it gives free access to your business's own data, so keep it private. Only share it with people you actually want on your team.
Pending requests
Someone used your code — nothing happens until you say yes.
How someone joins
1. They create their own Brakton account (no subscription needed — they're covered under your plan).
2. On the "Have a team code?" screen, they enter the code above.
3. You get a request here to approve or deny — nothing happens automatically. Once approved, you can grant them financial visibility anytime.
Current team
Danger zone
Instantly removes every technician from your business, regardless of what's left on your current billing period. Denies any pending requests too. Use this if you're closing this business down — for example, if you're leaving to join a different team.
Crew Space
Every tech gets their own channel — their jobs, their numbers, all in one place.
Your name in the crew
This is how you'll show up on every job you log, so the crew knows who did what.
Referrals
You know business owners. They know business owners. Everyone gets paid faster.
Give a month, get a month
Send your code to another business owner. Once they subscribe to a paid plan and complete their first full paid month, they get their next month free — and so do you. There's no limit on how many times this can happen.
You share your code
Share it with one business owner who'd actually use this — someone you'd vouch for, not a stranger.
They subscribe to a paid plan
Any plan qualifies — Solo, Crew, or Fleet. Trial-only signups don't count toward the reward.
They complete one full paid month
Once their first billing cycle actually goes through (not canceled mid-month), the referral locks in.
You both get a free month
Applied automatically to your next bill — there's no limit on how many times it happens.
Your referrals
Tracked automatically — no need to log anything yourself.
Fleet Analytics
Deep insights built from your real job data — not estimates.
Monthly Revenue
Technician Performance
Average ticket value per tech. Spots coaching opportunities before they become revenue leaks.
Job Costing
Track estimated vs. actual cost per job to catch margin bleed while the job is still active. Add cost details when creating or editing an invoice.
Maintenance Pipeline
Revenue at risk from lapsed or upcoming maintenance agreements. Based on jobs marked as recurring.
Settings
Connect your payment link once — reused on every invoice.
Changing plans starts a new subscription through Stripe. Your previous plan is not cancelled automatically — manage or cancel it from the billing portal link in your Stripe receipt email.
Every invoice can be tagged to a location, so a multi-branch operation can see revenue split out per site. Fleet plan only.
⚠ Important: set this to "Customer chooses price"
Not all your customers pay the same amount. If you create your link with one fixed price, every invoice you send will point to that same fixed amount — no matter what the job actually costs. In Stripe: Payment Links → New → select "Customers choose what to pay," not a fixed product price.
Subscribe
Pick a plan, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your card. Brakton never sees or stores your payment details.
